To monitor visitors entrance/exit from our client nursing home we have installed a fully automated road barrier complete with audio and CCTV control all illuminated with LED lamppost lighting.

 The client had complained of poor illumination and expensive running PAR 55 lighting. This was all removed and replaced with modern energy efficient LED lighting with an 80% energy saving and a 200% increase in illumination. 

 Customer complained of poor illumination of the Font area of the church. Existing orange SON lighting was removed and Daylight energy efficient lighting was installed , speaks for it's self

 New air extraction was installed above the sowing machines to extract any harmful particles and create a good working atmosphere for the machine operators.

New cable ladder containment and cable tray to facilitate the introduction of new sub-main SWA cables from the local distribution board to individual 100amp TP&N isolators. The isolators supplied four 400v speed controllers that supplied individual exterior water pumps. 

New 800amp 400v Zucchini High power Bus-bar was installed at high level using MEWPS machines to power multiple plastic Injection machines. All individually wired in appropriate size SWA cables terminating via local switch fused outlets.

2no x 250amp 400v distribution boards installed to supply various Production line plant motors. Ladder trays and SWA cables installed to interconnect electrical plant motors etc.

Multiple new Classrooms were constructed and new LED Lighting, electronic white boards and computer points were wired and installed within three compartment Dado trunking. 

New office call centre was constructed and multiple power poles were installed that contained 230v power outlets and computer data supplies. 600x600 T5 luminaires were installed within the ceiling grid with proximity switching sensors installed for automatic switching control for energy control. 

New remote electrical switch-room installed within a GRP enclosure. Working alongside the National Grid arranged the removal of the old 50kva supplies and upgraded to a 150kva pole transformer supplying this new switch-room that supplies the camping site and holiday homes.  

Installation of a new Zappi EV Charger that was integrated to the customers existing roof PV panels,  free EV charging and thereafter selling back to the National Grid. 

 Customer requested the installation of two Hypervolt 7wk EV chargers for their staff all to be installed upon pedestals and protected by impact barriers.   

 Customer requested the installation of a EV charger that will blend in with the décor, nice white Hypervolt 7kw wall mounted unit all supplied with a full 3yr warrantee.  

 Customer requested the installation of 2no x 22kw Type 2  EV charger that will charger his company EV. We installed 2no x twin 22kw pedestal chargers with dynamic load balancing  all supplied with a full 3yr warrantee.  

 2no x Ratio 22kw Type 2 EV charger points installed on behalf of our clients Mitre Linen, Merthyr Tydfil. These 22kw fast A.C. chargers will help keep their company and visitors EV cars back on the road..  

 Rolec Basic model twin outlet 7kw charger. Installation consists of 2no x impact protection barriers. Back office software allows for pay as you charge via credit/dedit card via Monta or similar app. OLEZ approved installation with government grant assistance towards the installation costs. A full 3yr warrantee.  

 Customer has purchased a new EV Porsche Taycan at XMAS, so we installed the charger complete with a festive look 

 Customer parks his car within his garage overnight so why not install the EV charger alongside it. New 230v supply, distribution board and lighting provided and installed. Customer's garage wall insulation was removed were necessary to provide solid fixing at the rear and then all was replaced. Happy customer now who charges during the off peak periods at 5.5p per kw Happy days.
